Donald and Betty Henderson - Approved
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with George Walter voting no, to approve
the proposed 14’ by 18’ addition, as depicted on the applicant’s drawing, contingent upon the removal of an existing 8’
by 16’ boat house and upon the removal of an existing 16’ by 29’ boat house. After additional discussion and
consideration, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve
the proposed garage addition with the condition that the proposed garage addition must be place on the south side of
the existing garage in the area identified on the applicants’ drawing as parking and with the condition that the
proposed addition will be no closer to the road or the lot line than the existing garage.
