MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Ancterson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
from the ordinary high water level setback and a variance from the shore impact zone setback for the addition
of a screened in porch to the west wing of the present structure with the condition that the addition will be no
closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing west wing. Hardship being a substandard lot of
record.
