The following variance requests were heard: lary P. Henrickson - Approve with modifications. Gary P. Henrickson, Fargo, ND, requested permission to add a porch on the northeast corner and side of existing cabin, approximately 10' by 20’ and to add a deck on the northwest (front) and southwest (side) of existing cabin. The deck would be approximately 4’ above ground and extend 10' from northwest and southwest sides of existing cabin at approximately 65’ from the lake. The porch would be covered and screened and extend 10 to 12’ from the northeast side of the existing cabin approximately 3 to 4’ above ground at approximately 65’ from the lake at the nearest corner. Required ordinary high water level setback is 100’. The property is described as part of Government Lot 4, Section 35 of Girard Township and part of Government Lot 4, Section 3 of Nidaros Township by East Battle Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request.
