Minnesota MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT October 5, 2000 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, October 5, 2000, with the following persons in attendance: Cecil Femling David Holmgren Frank Lachowitzer Randall Mann Mark Steuart Pat Eckert, Land and Resource Management Michelle Eldien, Assistant County Attorney Call to Order - Randall Mann, Chairman, called the meeting of the Board of Adjustment to order at 6:30 p.m. Minutes Approved - Hearing no corrections or additions the minutes of the September 14, 2000 meeting was approved as mailed. The following variance requests were heard: Ruth Iverson - Approved as requested with condition. Ruth Iverson, Livermore, CA, requested a variance to subdivide a tract of approximately 180’ by 123’ from an existing 1.38-acre parcel for permanent attachment to the adjacent property. The property is described as a 1.38 acre tract in Sub Lot 2 of Government Lot 1, Section 13 of Amor Township by Otter Tail and Walker Lakes. Tim Rundquist represented the applicant at the public hearing. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Frank Lachowitzer, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be submitted at the time of conveyance.
