My intentions are to begin filling the low land located south-easterly of my cabin, beginning about 165* from the lake. This would bring my usable property back to an approximate line that was required of my neighbors a few years ago so that they might comply with shoreland standards of lot size. My intentions: were to begin filling the low area in with dirt from the hill in back of Bush Hill Country Bay, formerly owned by FUngvold Christopherson and now by the township. If the township does not allow me to use some of the nill it would be my intenitlons to bring in some fill from outside the immediate area. I would be extending my lot easterly over the next few years.
