Mark and Amy Cory - Approved as requested. (9:18 p.m.)
Motion was made by Paul Larson, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Randall Mann abstaining, to approve a
variance of 7’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the addition of a deck, as depicted on the
applicants’ drawing, 68’ frorn the ordinary high water level. It was noted that when the original house and deck were
permitted the 75’ setback was met, however, do to a change in the ordinary high water level the same location no
longer meets the 75’ setback requirement thereby creating a hardship for the property owners.
