; PROPOSED USE OF LAND:
1. I would like permission to remove the B.N. Railway grade fill. This would
return the shoreline back to its original condition.
2. I would use the grade fill for an access road along Highway 210 right-of-way.
3. If possible I would like the permit to remain in force for two years as I
will be doing much of the work myself, also I will not be able to sell any lots
for that length of time.

JWiajig^ceived Notice of Hearing for Special Use Permit by^^Dojx_-^
Langren, tiffecting that part of Government Lots 2 and 3 in Section ■2i—Township 132, Range 40, Clitherall Township, for the purpose of
removal of the Burlington Northern railway grade.
Burlington Northern Railroad Company takes no exception to the fore
going on those portions of our former rights-of-way lying adjacent
to the property of Don Langren in Lot 2.
We do object, however, to Mr. Langren being given permission to alter
any portion of our former grade in the balance of Lot 2 and all of
Lot 3, which does not adjoin his ownership, as Burlington Northern
still retains an interest in these areas.
Shall appreciate your entering this letter into testimony at the hearing
on August 19, 1981 at 7:30 in the Government Services Building to indicate our position and objections to the foregoing, and to provide
me with a copy of the minutes and decision of the Commission as to Mr.
Langren's request.
