BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OTTER TAIL COUNTY MINNESOTA
Pursuant to adjournment, the Board of County Commissioners of Otter
Tail County Minnesota met Thursday, October 6, 1903, with Hub Nordgren, Bert Hovland,
Van Ellig and Andy Leitch present, Sydney Nelson absent to attend a Human Services
Chairman Hovland called the meeting to order at 9:37 a .m..seminar.
Helen Skramsted, County Recorder, appeared before the Board relative
to electrical work required for the micro^film equipment installed in the Recorder's
After discussion, motion was made by Andy Leitch, seconded by Van Ellig
and carried, to authorize the Recorder to obtain three quotations -drC accept low bid.

Malcolm Lee, Land & Resource Manager, appeared before the Board and
announced approval of the Phase II, Construction, for the Otter Tail Lakes Area Sewer
District funding program, with bid opening to be February 14th.
Motion was made by Van Ellig, seconded by Hub Nordgren and carried,
to affirm the decision of the Otter Tail County Planning Advisory Commission and
deny the request of Gerald E, Meland for construction of a 16 foot cartway to serve
the proposed plat of South View, in Section 1 .Dead Lake Township and Section 6,Rush
vLake Township.
Motion was made by Andy Leitch, seconded by Hub Nordgren and carried,
to approve the following applications for special use permit, subject to special
