mously carried, to authorize the issuance of plat books and identification cards for
each member of the Otter Tail County Planning Ccninission and the Board of Adjustment.
Larry Morgan, engineer with the firm of Toltz, King, Duvall and Anderson,
Saint Paul, MN, speared loefore the Board proposing engineering and design for the pro
posed transfer stations for Otter Tail County, for a fee of 6% to 8% of the canstruc±ion
costs. NO action taken.

Notice of Hearing for a conditional use permit for the Ralph Bistodeau
property on Clitherall Lake,
Dear Mrs. Edmond:
Mr. Bistodeau has applied for a conditional use permit (which is
required prior to any earthmoving within shoreland areas by the Shoreland
Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County) which would allow him to
construct a 20' approach and approximately 10' by 200' of driveway on his
property on Clitherall Lake.
RE:
No. 56-238.
Once a conditional use permit application has been filed with this
required by state law to inform via written notice, alloffice, we are
property owners within one quarter mile of the affected property that an
application has been filed.
This notice procedure is intended to allow property owners in the area
to voice any concerns they might have about the proposed project either in
person at the hearing as scheduled or by letter submitted to this office
prior to the scheduled Planning Commission meeting.
If you have any further questions regarding this matter please contact
