Conlon Paul Larson Steve Schierer Pat Eckert, Land and Resource Management Cherie Clark, County Attorney’s Office Cecil Femling Randall Mann Richard Sha >. Called to Order - Randall Mann Chairman, called the meeting of the Board of Adjustment to order at 6:30 p.m. Minutes Approved - The membership of the Board of Adjustment approved the minutes of the August 12, 2004 meeting as mailed. The Board of Adjustment considered the following applications for variance: Omer M. Germundson - Approved as requested. (6:30 p.m.) Omer'M. Germundson, Lot 2 Ackerson Subdivision, Ten Mile Lake in Tumuli Township, requested a variance to have a substandard back lot declared buildable. Randall Mann, Chair, polled the audience with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Michael Conlon and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 2 Ackerson Subdivision,,a substandard back lot, buildable for residential development. The Board noted that the granting of the variance as requested will provide the applicant with an ability to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in this immediate area.and approving the variance as requested is consistent with past actions of the Board of Adjustment . • K.
