Motion was made by Leona Zimmerman, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to
have this substandard back lot declared a buildable lot only for the purpose of this application, which includes two
additions to the first floor of the existing structure, a second story addition, a 40’ by 40’ garage and an addition to the
drain field with the condition that befpre any permits can be issued for the proposed development the existing 7’ by 7’
shed and the existing 12’by 12’shed must be removed;
