Olson and unani-CONDITIONAL USEPERMIT TERMINATION mously carried, to accept the reconmendation of the Otter Tail County * date Planning Conmission that a termination date of 9-1-85 be placed on the conditional use permit of William True, dated August 25, 1980, due to change in ordinance that no longer allows for open ended permits. The matter of acceptance of bids received for the transfer stations opened Auguist 2nd was brought up for consideration. Motion was nade hy Andy Lindquist, seconded by Mel O. Olson and carried with Bert Hovland voting "no", to table action on said bids until August 21st. Joe Witwicke appeared before the Board speaking against the conditional . use permit that had been approved for Cynthia Skalsky in Everts Township. PRANSFER STATICN BIDS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, Skalsky Motion was made by Bert; Hovland, seconded by Andy Lindquist and unani­ mously carried, to advertise for bids to be received until 2:30 p.m Friday, September 6, 1985, for semi-trailers. Members of the Becker County Board of Conmissioners appeared before the Board along with the Becker County Solid Waste officer relative to Becker County's participation and/or acceptance of the solid waste agree­ ment. No fonral action taken. SEMI-TRAILER BIDS ' r SOLID WASTE Douglas Ackling, Perham, appeared before the Board together v/ith Mary Lu Estlick of Autumn Agency, Inc., Pe:;ham with a proposal for the sale of the Ackling Building in Perham, now being occupied by several Otter Tail County offices, for a total list price of $270,000, including furniture and accessories in the court room and judge's chamber. Chairman Nordgren appointed Sydney Nelson, Mel 0. As it lies today it's merely an unsightly low spot that breeds mosquitos and can't be maintained. The ice ridge is very adequate and would not allow run-off into the lake.
