The following statements contain particulars describing proposal for
filling low Corner of lot 7:
1. Fill materials would be primary gravel- thus aiding in
the filtering.
2. Fill area would be kept below the ice ridge - at least
two feet,
3. Fill would be seeded with appropriate grass (some form of
fescuse).
4. Construction area is much further back from the shoreline
than fill - to compile with regulations.
5. Filling of low area of lot 7 will only compliment lots 6
and 8. Would also create no negative effects on the future
quality and environment of the lake.
