Mr. Russ Myrbo, Battle Lake, Minn, will do all installation of septic system and plumbing and I believe he is licensed to do this work under the Otter Tail Gounty-Shoreland Management Ordinance. I own lot No. 40 of Country Estates Itie lot I own is quite high off the water and I see no problem in meeting the Ht. above High Water Mark requirement, however the lot does not meet mAnimum area and setback requirements. Can a variance be allowed for this? I am also wondering if the building setback could be between 90 and 95 feet rather than the 100 feet required?
