After considera tion, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Daniel Oehler and carried, to approve, hardship being a small lot of record with a number of non-conforming uses in the general vicinity. Olson, Fargo, HD, requests permission to construct an 18' X 24' addition to existing garage two feet from property line, on Lot 21, Broadwater Beach, Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny, no adequate hardship shown, with adequate space on the lot to construct a storage facility, and a safety factor being present. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried with Carl Johnson voting "no". Larry D. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and carried, to grant a 6' variance, to 4' from east property line, hardship being substandard lot of record, made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and carried, to table the balance of the request for further information. MILTFR & GORSKOPF OFNirn Jerry Martens appeared and After consideration, notion was made by Daniel Ruby Biederman, Clitherall, MN, requested permission to construct additions, plus encroach two feet father towards the lake, enclosing corners on home on Lots 32 & 33, Robinson's Add'n to Clitherall Lake, in Nidaros Township. String test, but motion was withdrawn prior to a second. Motion was then made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with Cecil Femling and Carl Johnson voting "no", to approve additions to structure, building no closer to lake than existing structure. Darrell Barnard, Perham, MN, requested permission to remove a 15' X 20' shed replacing with new slab and shed on old foundation, on Sublot 5 of Government Lot 3, Section 1, Perham Township on Little Pine Lake. seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to grant approval, with the Stipulation that the shed be moved two feet from the lot line, for an 8' variance, building as close to the holding tank as possi ble. Motion was then made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to grant a 5 foot variance, construction 5 feet from south lot line. BIEDERMAN - APPROVED Motion was made by John Everts to apply the BARNARD - APPROVED After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson, John Gearhart, Clitherall, MN, requested permission to construct two Storage sheds, one each on Lots 7 & 8, Stewart's Oak Harbor, on Belmont lake, in.Cl itheral 1 Township, approximately 10 feet from road. After consideration, motion was made by Daniel Oehler, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried, to deny, no adequate hardship shown, allowing until September 1, 1989 to have the structures raiioved.
