Woitas, Lots 16 and 17 Madison Beach, Clitherall Lake in Clitherali Township, requested the following: Request a variance to separate Lot 16 Madison Beach from Lot 17 Madison Beach. I wish Lot 16 to be declared a separate residential lot: Lot 16 was previously owned by Alderich Mueller, who died in 2006. Mr. Mueller left this land to me and ownership was completed within the last month. Because Lot 16 is undeveloped it automatically became attached to my existing Lot 17. It was noted that the variance as approved will provide the appiicant with the opportunity to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in the imhiediate area.
