Motion
Clement P. Woitas - Denied. (7:35 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously
carried, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that
would allow for the granting of the variance as requested and noting that approval of the variance as requested would
establish precedence which the Board does not wish to establish as it would relate to substandard contiguous lots.

Ciement P. Woitas, Lots 16 and 17 Madison Beach, Clitherall Lake in Clitherali Township, requested the

in 2006. Mr. Mueller left this land to me and ownership was completed within the last month. Because Lot
16 is undeveloped it automatically became attached to my existing Lot 17. I would like them to be treated
as two separate lots. Alan Olson, Century 21 Vista, appear with the applicant at the puBlic hearing. The
audience was polled with no one speakingTor or against the variance as requested. After discussion and

would establish precedence which the Board does not wish to establish as it would relate to substandard
contiguous lots.
