After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 5' from the required holding tank setback of 1 O' for the addition of an 8' by 1 O' furnace room to the existing structure with the condition that this addition will not have a basement. Addition must be at ground level or higher. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 7' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the construction of a 28' by 32' garage. Hardship being a substandard lot of record and the granting of this variance request will allow the applicant to be able to avoid the holding tank and drain field areas. Clement Woltas - Approved Clement Woltas, Minneapolis, MN, requested a variance of 5' from the required holding tank setback of 1 O' for the addition of an 8' by 1 O' furnace room to the existing structure. The property is described as Lot 17 of Madison Beach, Clitherall Lake in Clitherall Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried to deny the variance as requested. After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 5' from the required holding tank setback of 10' for the addition of an 8' by 1 O' furnace room to the existing structure with the condition that this addition will not have a basement. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Bert Olson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 1 '6" from the 18' height restriction for a 28' by 28' garage with a roof height of 19'6". Structure is located on a back lot and the additional height is required for RY storage. i ' 1 Ritchie Spichke - Approved Ritchie Splchke, West Fargo, ND, requested a variance to rebuild an existing deck with a height of 7' to the top rail and to add a new deck 9' by 12' with a height of 4' to the top rail. The new deck will have steps to the lake. And a variance of 63' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 1 DO' for the replacement and addition of these decks. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling. seconded by Dan Oehler and carried, to approve a variance that would allow the applicant to rebuild an existing deck with a height of 7' to the top rail and to add a new deck 9' by 12' with a height of 4' to the top rail and to approve a 63' variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the replacement and addition of these decks. i
