Because of the angle or the lot it would be the most practical thing to place this building in the NW corner of this lot where it will be hidden from the road by the evergreen presently growing on the lot. Because of the existing circumstances of the lot angle and the drainage field, I feel it would be unreasonable, impractical, and would work an unnecessary hardship to require this building set back 40 feet at all points to the road right of way. Also please be advised that there exists a fish cleaning house on the proposed site that will be removed prior to building. Allowance of the variance requested will enable me to make the most practical use of this lot for this purpose.
