The closest point of the new additions to the ordinary high water level would be 30', The property is described as the westerly 100' of Government Lot 4 south of the road. Section 25 of Gorman Township on Little Pine Lake, The audience was polled with Mr. Storvick and Mr. Petterson speaking against the granting of this variance request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve the second story and that the upper deck will be 14' in length extending to the west of the three season porch and no closer to the west side wall of the house than 8'. The run off from the roof must drain away from the neighbor's property. The new additions cannot be any closer to the side lot line than the existing structure. Karsten Hordvik and Agnes I.
