Minutes Approved - July 11,1996 The minutes of the July 11, 1996, meeting were amended and corrected to read as follows: Fred Bauck - After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance for an 8’ by 22’ addition and for a 40 square foot addition to an existing structure located within the shore impact zone. Kenneth Strandberg - Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to amend the minutes of the July 11, 1996 Board of Adjustment meeting to read as follows: to approve a variance for the placement of an existing double wide mobile home 82’ from the water’s edge, as it was placed on June 1, 1996, with the condition that the Land and Resource Department must agree with Mr. Strandberg that the existing doubie wide mobile home has been placed in the same location as the previous structure and that the previous structure was placed in compliance with site perniit 6079 dated June 2, 1983. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 6’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the construction of a 5’ by 10’ addition (per the applicant) to an existing structure 4’ from the side lot line. After consideration, motion was made John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of approximately 48’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the construction of a 6’ by 16’ addition to an existing cabin approximately 27’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the structure would be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure.
