Bill Kalar indicated that he had received a letter from BobMinutes of April 8, 2009: Russell (Attorney) regarding “Oakwood Glen”, Devils Lake (56-245), requesting the language in the motion, where it now reads “be subject to an easement” be changed to read “be subject to a private easement”. Bob Russell was present, and stated that it was his understanding that the easement should be identified as private and requested the motion be amended to state that. A motion by Schwartz, second by Maske to approve the minutes with an amendment to the original motion to read “be subject to a private easement”. Voting: All members in favor. Patrick F. & Frances L. Mpls, MN 55406 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Christiansen: I recently stopped at your property on Crane Lake, No. 56-293, Otter Tail County Minnesota. There are two derelict vehicles on this lot both of which are an eyesore and a hazard. The grey Chevrolet Station wagon is about 15 feet from the traveled surface of the township road and in a curve. This is dangerous and can create problems for snow removal. Windows have been smashed out and this usually lends to future vandalism and car parts being strewn about.
