It was also noted that both the porch and the proposed addition are behind the existing string line. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of .33 of an acre from the required 5-acre minimum for the development of a buidlable parcel containing 4.67-acres with the conditions that no further variances will be granted for this parcel and a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of conveyance. We also request a variance to build a 16’ by 24’ addition, which is well behind the string line. Our addition will be 43’ from the lake. (Please note the size of our lot.)
