Fred Strege, Big Stone City, SD, requested permission to allow a boathouse to remain as presently located 6' from lake, 7' from lot^
line, on Lot 23, Bei^ten North Shore, Section 25, Clitherall Township
on Crane Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiech-
mann to deny, no adecjuate hardship shoi-m, with removal to be made
on or before July 1, 1987. Ihe motion was seconded Craig Andersopj
and carried upon the following vote:
Yes - John Everts, Craig Anderson, George Walter and Marcus
Wiechmann^ No - itoger Marty and Victor Petterson
Dennis Dalziel, Frazee, MN, requested permission to enclose a 10* x
22' deck, on Lot 4 and of Lot 5, Jerry l>1arge Beach, Scalp (Lake
Seven), Hobart Township, 62' from lake. Motion was made by Craig
Anderson to grant permission at no closer to lake than the neighbor
on the right facing the lake. The motion was seconded by Roger Marty
but failed upon the following vote:
Yes - Roger Marty '
No - Marcus Wiechmann, Craig Anderson, John Everts, George
Walter and Victor Petterson
Motion was then made by Marcus Wiechmann to deny as there are alter
native locations for construction with no adequate hardship shown.
The motion was seconded by John Everts. Wiechmann then amended his
motion to allow building no closer bo lake than the existing structure.
Everts seconded the amended motion v\^ich carried \:pon the following
vote:

APPROVED
All voting in favor
At the request of Chairman Walter, the Strout reqi;est frcm a previous meeting was brought vp for discussion, with no further action
taken.

with no further business, at 8:30 p.m., Chairman Walter declared the
