Members present were; A motion by Martin, second by Jacobson to approve the minutes of the April 1, 1981 meeting as mailed. Passed: Voting: All members in favor. Mr. Ed Prescher held a pre-application meeting with the Planning Cotmuission and received tentative approval for for 5 lots of 100 foot frontage with 5 dwellings on Otter Tail Lake.
