Scott and Julie Wenzel - Approved Scott and Julie Wenzel, Brooklyn Park, MN, requested a variance of 25’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a proposed 40’ by 40’ dwelling, including a deck, 75’ from the ordinary high water level. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Mark Steuart and unanimously carried, to approve an ordinary high water level setback, for the construction of a proposed dwelling, in the same manner as was used to determine the ordinary high water level setback for Lot 1, Block 1, Mabuhay. The ordinary high water level setback for Lot 1, Block 1 was established by a variance granted in October of 1994. The granting of this variance is consistent with past decisions of the Board of Adjustment.
