Thomas & Margaret Tchida, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to allow
a shed to remain as presently located on Lot 11, Minkota Beach, 2nd
Add'n, Dead Lake, Maine Itownship. After consideration, motion vias
made by Marcus Wiechmann to grant approval, hardship being uniqueness
of lot, should be able to enjoy same rights and privileges as neighbors
enjoy, the granting of this variance will not be contrary to the or
dinance. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried vipon the
following vote:

Erwin Kremer, Ottertail, MN, requested permission to replace three
cabins at Elm-Haven Resort on Rush Lake, in Ftush Lake Township, one
cabin requiring a 7' variance from lot line, 3' variance fron lake
setback.
to approve, a workable plan removing four buildings and replacing
with three is an improvement, approving the side lot variance on
cabin #5, at same location of cabin being replaced. The motion was
seconded by Roger Marty and carried upon the following vote:

Ben P. Stich, Jr., Battle Lake, MN,' requested permission to construct
a sxxdcer hatchery building 20' x 30' in size, approximately 40' from
Lundeberg Lake, in the NE^sNEJs of Section 16, Clitherall Township.
After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve,
hardship being the need of warmer water for hatching, not setting a
precedence for a building used for hatchery purposes. The motion
was seconded by.\Roger Marty and carried \pon the following vote:

Leo Strout, Ottertail, MN, requested permission to convey three par
cels out of one parcel, each having approximately 100' of shoreline
with 350' depth, in Sub Lot A of G.L. 2, Section 30, Otto Township,
on Rush Lake. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts
to deny, no hardship shown for not following through with platting
requirements. The motion was seconded by ftercus Wiechmann and Ccirried
ipon the following vote:

Michael Cummings, Perham, MN, requested permission to continue his
projc^ot of 130 campsites as initially proposed in 1982, for Golden
Eagle Vacation Land in the of NV'ftc Section 21, Pine Lake Township,
on Big Pine Lake. After considerable discussion, notion was made by
Marcus Wiechmann to consider the requested variance from the required
lake frontage and send that request and statement of willingness
to vary fron the required ,lake shore frontage to the planning camii-
ssion, not stating the amount of variance, but cane back to the
Board of Adjustment at the next meeting with the specific footage
requirement or adjustment from the requirement from the planning
commission.
