After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 25' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' and a variance of 2' from the required 30' bluff setback for an addition to an existing structure 75' from the ordinary high water level and 28' from the top of the bluff. It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure. Donald and Bernice Wadeson - Denied Donald and Bernice Wadeson, Fargo, HD, requested a variance of approximately 23’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the replacement of an existing roof and for an 8' extension approximately 52' from the ordinary high water level.
