The motion was seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, hardship being an existing building, on property that was awarded through the courts, with the applicant not creating nor aware of the boundry dispute, a unique situation regarding property lines. Conley, Ottertail, MN, requested permission to convey, by metes and bounds description, without benefit of survey, a parcel out of G.L. 1 & 2, Section 22, Rush Lake Township on Round Lake. Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to table indefinitely until such time boundary lines can be established. REUBEN CONLEY TABLED Richard J. Swanson, Richville, MN, requested permission to construct two additions onto existing home on G.L. 2, Section 17, Dead Lake Township on Dead Lake, one addition to be 80' from lake, the garage to be 95' from lake. Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to grant approval, no closer to lake than existing structure, hardship,'pro­ perty being a peninsula, with no other reasonable way to use the property without a variance on the uniquely shaped property. RICHARD J. SWANSON APPROVED After consideration, motion was made by John Paul H. Boyum, Battle Lake, MN, represented by Charles Krekelberg, Attorney, requested permission toplacea recrational camper frequi- ring a 45' variance from the feke on Lot 4, of Subdiv. of G.L. 1, 2, 3 & 4, Section 14, Clitherall Township on Clitherall Lake. AFter listening to the various interested parties, including letters re­ ceived, motion nes made by Carl Johnson to grant variance of 45' to place recreational camper, size to be as described by the Land S Resource ftnagement code, adhering to all other applicable c odes, with proper holding tank. The motion was seconded by Dan Oehler and carried, with Vic Petterson voting "no" and John Everts abstaining. . Hardship being unique area with a large bank, and unusial terrain, being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges and others in the a rea enj cy. PAUL H. BOYU^^ APPROVED The Robert Kreiser request, tabled from the March meeting, weis re­ turned, represented by Mike Rengel, Attorney. Motion was itade by Dan Oehler to approve the vauriance request, but no closer to lake than the existing building, net considering the deck. The motion was seconded by Vic Petterson, but failed with Walter, Aixterson and Everts voting "no". Motion was then made by Craig Anderson to table. The motion was seconded by Jehn Ebxerts and carried with Johnson and Petterscan voting "no." ROBERT KREISER TABLED The Marianne Divine reejuest was again brou^t before the Board, with motion made by Victor Petterson, seconded by John Everts and unani­ mously carried, to dei^, due to the fact the applicant has pot madp an appearance.
