William A. Langenwalter, Moorhead, MJ, requested permission to
construct a 16' x 22' boathouse 20 feet from lake, on Lot 4, Johns
Cove, Maine Township. Appearing in person and/or submitting
written coiments: Warren Herschner, JOhn Peterson, Ernie Schauf,
Ed & Pat Thcrtpson, James & Joyce M. Gorman, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph N.
Mahoney, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Kaiser, Paul & Ruth Ann Lindholm.
After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny the 16'
X 22' boathouse, to allow would start a precedent in the area with
no other boathouses in said area, but allow constructicn of an 8' x 8'
storage building, hardship being terrain and being able to enjoy the
same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. The motion was
seconded by George Whiter and carried with the following vote:

.71 acre for hone site, in the NE^SW^^ of Section 17, Elmo Township.
After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve,
haix3ship being a residual piece of property along CSAH #40, meeting
criteria as to size and access to road, with a surveyor's drawing to
be submitted. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried with
the following vote:

APPROVED STORAGE SHED existing 10' x 10' storage shed to remain as presently lcx:ated, and
DENIED ENCLOSING DECK screen in existing deck, on Lot 25, Heilberger Estates, Friberg Town
ship. Lowell Haukinson appearing. After consideration, motion was
made by Marcus Wiechmann to allow the storage shed to remain as pre
sently located, hardship being terrain. The motion was seconded by John
Everts and carried with the following vote:

deck, no adecjuate hardship shcjwn. The motion was seconded hy Jchn

quested permission to make a one-time split of less thcin 2.5 acres,

motion was made by John Everts to approve, lot is acSeejuate size con
taining a buildable site and road acoess, meeting all reejuirements
for minimum lot size, etc., balance of area cannot be further developed
becacjse of the terreiin, approved subjeert to tewn board approval. The
motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with the following

setting a precedent with construction being behind building line,
farther back from lake than other existing cabins. The motion was
seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and carried with the following vote:
