Lundholm, Clitherall, MN, requested a variance to cover more than 25 percent of their total lot area with impervious surfaces, and a variance of 6’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the location of the proposed 28’ by 32’ garage 14’ from the road right-of-way or a variance of 3’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ and a variance of 3’ from the required drain field setback of 10’ for the location of the proposed 28’ by 32’ garage 17’ from the road right of way and 7’ from the drain field.
