Explain your request:
I wish to build a farm dwelling on the eighty acre parcel of property described above.
I am requesting an eighty-five foot variance in order to build one hundred fifteen feet
from the high water mark.
Reasons for variance request:
1. The selected site will require the least amount of dirt removal.
2. The selected site will allow view of the lake with the least amount of tree removal.
3. The selected site is the best site within view of the lake that will permit the
drain field to drain away from the lake.
4. According to the topography map the selected site is at least thirty feet above
