Speaking were Mrs. Robert Fischer and James Erickson, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant a three foot variance, to 7' from property line, hardship being the uniqueness of the open ditch running through the property. The motion was seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and carried upon the following vote; All voting in favor RRY STEINER PROVED After consideration. A. I. Kaiser, Underwood, MN, represented by Mary Mahoney, requested permission to split a parcel of 40,000 square feet, with 150' lake frontage, from the SW%SE% and Lot 3 & EJ^SWU, Section 14, Maine Town­ship on Pickeral Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to allow the transfer and recording of a parcel of no less than 40,000 square feet, with two other parcels of no less than 2^ acres, provided a surveyor's drawing is submitted. The motion was seconded by Marcus Weichmann and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor Thomas G. Aldrich, Minneapolis, MN, requested permission to raze a portion of existing structure and rebuild with a six foot side lot setback on either side on Lot 4, Claremont Beach, Everts Township on Otter Tail Lake. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to allow variance on south line, to continue straight from existing cottage, 4' from lot 5 lot line and maintain a 10' variance on north, with no variance on the north lot line. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor. I. KAISER PROVED DMAS G, ALDRICH MITED APPROVAL Tod Neubauer, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to place a storage shed on the foundation of an old smoke house that has been removed on the NH of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, Anderson Beach, on Wall Lake in Dane Prairie Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor The John Weiland application, tabled from the July meeting, was again tabled upon motion made by John Everts, seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor. The Jerry Condiff request, tabled from the July meeting was brought before the Board.. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Ander­ son to approve construction at 53' from the center of the road.
