Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with Mark Steuart voting no and with
John Everts abstaining, to approve the proposed first and second story development, as depicted on the applicant’s
drawing, with the following conditions: 1) the existing storage shed down by the lake must be removed, 2) no water
oriented accessory structures will be allowed in the future, 3) no more than 25% of the total lot area can be covered
with impervious surface, and 4) the area south of the road cannot be used when determining the 25% calculation. It
was noted that the proposed development would be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
structure.
