The property is described as Lot 11, Tanglewood Shores, Big Pelican Lake, Little Pelican Lake and the Pelican River in Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to table the applicants’ request until the August 13, 1998 Board of Adjustment meeting for additional review and for an opinion from the County Attorney’s office regarding a permit that was issued at the time Tanglewood Shores was platted. August 13,1998 meeting - After discussion and consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested based upon a review by the County Attorney’s office of a previously granted permit in which residential development of Lot 11, Block 1, Tanglewood Shores is prohibited. Richard J. Walker - Approved Richard J. Walker, Appleton, MN, and Douglas E. Lindgren, Battle Lake, MN, requested a variance “to subdivide Mr. Lindgren’s property behind Lots 26 and 27. The proposed lots would be permanently attached to Lots 26 and 27. The proposed lot size for each parcel would be approximately 105.8’ x 100’ +/- by 10T X 100’ +/-.
