Steven John Henry, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to move cabins, placing
36' frcm lake, on lot 6 & 7, Henry's Hill, Dunn Township.Cerald Geiger appeared and
questioned placement of cottage after moving, the effect on the sewage system.Motion
was made Craig Anderson to table. Motion was withdrawn, riot ion was made by Roger
Marty to deny, no hardship shown and not in the best interest of shoreland development.
The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried unanimously.
Duane Olson, Brooklyn Center, MN, recjiaested permission to allow an existing mobile home
to remain at 92' frcm lake, on Lot L, Auditor's Subdivision #110, Nidaros Township.
After consideration motion was made by John Everts to approve, hardship being terrain
with other people in the area enjcying the same rights and privileges. The motion was
seconded by Craig Anderson and carried unanimously.
Robert wm. Puff, Apple Valley, MN, requested permission to construct btoilding 60' from ’
lake, 15' frcm center line of road, !'• frcm lot line, on Lots 1 & 2, Second Addition to
Klein & Adams Point, Dead Lake Tai«,Tiship. At the applicant's request, motion was made by

requested permission to replace 8' x 26*^ trailer with an 8' x

After consideration, motion was made by Roger T4arty to approve hardship being a substan^
dard lot, with iirprovements teing mad^'-tp the septic system and a new vgell installed.
The motion ves seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried,
Kurt Plessner, Richville, MN, requested permission to place a trailer house ^ a second
dwelling on lot, and allow a storage shed to remain 24' frcm lake, on Lot 5, DeSchane
Del Holmin appeared and spoke in favor of shed with objec
tions to the second dwelling, Motion was made by John Everts to deny travel trailer
as second dwelling, never before approved and to so do would establish a precedence.
The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried unanimously, Motion was itade by
Roger Mary to deny request for storage shed, no adequate hardship shewn. The motion
was seconded by Marcus Weichmann and carried unanimously,
Everett D. Sherman, Independence, ^D, requested permission to split a 200' lakefront
parcel located in G.L. 1, Section 2, Clitherall Township, into two 100' lakefront lots.
Motion was made by John Everts to approve, no precedent being set with an adequate
size lot, provided the dividing line is drawn in such a way it is no closer then 10'
from the existing house, with each lot having no less than 100' of shoreline, no other
variance cn each lot, subject to surveyor's drawing. The motion was seconded by Roger
I'^rty cind carried unanimously.
