Ihe old railroad track bed is raised above the lot level in this area. The only grading needed on this lot is to pull the track bed back toward the lot so it will be more nearly level with the lot. A portion of the raised track bed may be pulled back toward the lot to provide a more level access across the old right-of-way. No shoreline grading planned. Grading will be kept to a minimum. We would like to fill a small area from the old track bed to the ice ledge to create a ramp for moving boats to and from the lake; fill to be taken from surface of old right-of-way. Grading would be very similar to that proposed on the sketch for Robert Sherman, except that there would be no small fill at the base of the bank for the remainder of the lot. Fill would be seeded.
