Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve the
subdivision of a 1.34-acre parcel from an existing parcel of approximately 186 acres with the condition that a
registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided. It was noted that proposed parcel has adequate size to meet the
requirements for a platted back lot on a general development lake, has adequate area for a septic system and the
proposed parcel has access to a dedicated public road.
