We wish to sell the parcel described in the attached surveyor's certificate to Jack and Marilyn Thompson per copy of deed attached which is slightly less than 2.5 acres. As shown by the survey the Trunk Highway #10 lies to the North. Our home lies f®6t South of the south line of the parcel to be deeded. The intended use is said to be commercial.
