Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed
subdivision as requested with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of
recording. It was noted that there is adequate space for two on-site septic systems and that each parcel has public
road access.

Parcel B would be 3.32 acres. It should be noted that a survey dated September 15, 1993 indicated a total
of 8.5 acres.

the registered surveyor’s drawing is approximately 3.51 acres and Parcel B would be 3.32 acres. It
should be noted that a survey dated September 15, 1993 indicated a total of 8.5 acres. The property is
described as part of Government Lot 5, Section 28 of Maplewood Township by Crystal Lake. The
audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the applicant’s request. After consideration,
motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve
the proposed subdivision as requested with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be
provided at the time of recording. It was noted that there is adequate space for two on-site septic
systems and that each parcel has public road access.
Laura Johnson - Approved
Laura Johnson, Perham, MN, requested the following: “I am requesting a variance to subdivide and
sell Tract 3 and Tract 10 as one tract which will include the surveyed easement as shown on the
attached survey map. I am also requesting a variance to subdivide and sell Tract 10A (which is all of
the remaining property I own lying east of the Craig and Janelle Berry tract), to the owner of the
adjacent tract lying to the North (the John and Anna Johnson property) to be permanently attached to
. that property. I am also requesting a separate variance to subdivide and sell Tract 11 which is located
easterly of my home; Tract 11 has 100 feet of frontage and substantially more than 20,000 square feet.
Access would be on an easement which follows my existing driveway which easement would be
conveyed to the purchaser of Tract 11.” The property is described as part of Government Lots 3 and 4,
Section 30 of Gorman Township by Little Pine Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for
or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil
Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision of Tract 10A with the condition that it will
be permanently attached to the property to the north. After additional consideration, motion was made
by Randall Mann, seconded by Rod Boyer and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision of Tract
3 and 10 with the condition that they are permanently attached and become one lot for development
purposes. After additional consideration and discussion, motion was made by John Everts, seconded
by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed subdivision of Tract 11 subject to
the dedication of a public road for ingress and egress from Tract 11 to the township road. It should be
noted that a registered surveyor’s drawing is required for all three proposed subdivisions.
