Scott and Kathy Thompson - Approved the variance application as modified with conditions.

After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve
the placement of a new dwelling no closer to the ordinary high water level than the neighbor to the North or 44', whichever
provides the greater setback, to approve the placement of the new dwelling 10’ from the edge of the road right-of-way with the
approval and agreement of the Maplewood Town Board and to approve the placement of the drain field in the township road right-
of-way with the approval and agreement of the Maplewood Town Board with the condition that no more than 25% of the total
allowable lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces.
