This Application was at the Applicant’s request, to September 12, 2012 to allow the Applicant time to: 1. Provide a hydrology report as suggested by the DNR (letter dated June 19, 2012). 2. Complete the requirements of the County Ditch Authority. Material must be received by Land & Resource by August 24, 2012. Mr. Kalar indicated that after reviewing the request, it was determined that a Conditional Use Permit is not necessary for this project. The Commission was also informed that Richard Field (Timberline Properties) has submitted a letter requesting withdrawal of his Conditional Use Permit Application and a refund of his Conditional Use Permit Application Fee.
