and shall be maintained there until completion of such work.

Planning Commission Motion
November 16, 2005: A motion by Trites second by Wilson to table, at the Applicant’s
request, to the April 12, 2006 Meeting in order to provide the Applicant an opportunity to
present a complete plan showing the dwelling location, the necessary alterations for this
dwelling, and also the location for the septic system. The information must be received
by Land & Resource Management not later than March 15, 2006. The areas (dwelling
and septic system) must be staked onsite, no later than April 1,2006.
April 12. 2006: A motion by Estes, second by Schwartz to approve the revised plan,
(received by Land & Resource March 14, 2006), provided appropriate erosion control
measures are implemented, and that the Land & Resource Management Office is
notified prior to starting the project.
