VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:
To be able to build a house on our property. Shady Nook Resort with 100'
set back from lake and 50' set back from our property line. This would
be our residence.
At the present time we have 9 rental cabins. 4 camp sites and the farm
house which we use In the summer time. With the additional land we are
purchasing we qualify for 15 units (area calculation). We will have
14.02 acres and 585' of lake shore.
The variance Is having 10 units In the first tier. Area calculations
call for 6.
