grain bins to remain as located, approximately 15' from road right-
of-way, on lots 3 s 4, Section 19, Friberg Township, ation, notion was macte by Victor Petterson, seconded by Daniel Oehler
and unaninously carried, on the condition no more bins are built, nor
the present ones replaced.
Lana Bjoigun, Grand Rapids, MN, requested permission to add a 12' x
24' addition to existing cabin, requiring a variance from the side
lot set back, on lot 9, Shady Nook Beach Addition, Maine Tcwnship on
Pickeral Lake.

hardship being a substandard lot of record, and being able to enjcjy
the same rights and privileges as the others in the area enjcy.
Trunan Strand, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to construct
a garage 3' fron lot line, on Lot 12 Inlet Beach, Lida Township can

After consideration, moticn was made by Carl JChnson,
David Fisher, Richville, MN, requested permission to purchase a small
parcel to attach to existing property on Lots 4 & 5, Shaffer Beach, Pickeral lake in Maine Tcwnship. After consideration, motion was
made by Carl JChnson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried,
to grant ^proval, retaining grandfather rights for construction, hard
ship being terrciin.
Daniel ttoe, Cberlin, CW, requested permission to split off a 15' strip
from a 150' lot, to attached to adjaccent property, out of Lots 1, 2,
3, Beauty Beach, Otter Tail Lake in Amor Tcwnship, without losing grandfather ri^ts. After cx>nsi<3eration, motion was made by Carl
Johnscan, seconded by John Ehrerts and carried unanimously, to grant
^proval, on the condition the portion split off remain forever at
tached to the adjacent lot, and the remaining 135' remain as one lot,
with no further splitting.
Thonas Lien, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to construct addi
tion to existing c:abin 3' from lot line, cmi Lots 9 s 10, Claude Moody's
Beach, Elizabeth Tcwnship on Long Lake. Motion was made by John
Everts, seconded by Daniel Oehler and unaniiruusly carried, to table.
John Mae, Underwood, MN, requested permission to ccnstruct a dwelling
100' frcm ordinary high water nark, on Lots 3, 4 & 5, Block. 1, Moe's
Estates, Anna Lake in Sverdrup Tcwnship. Motion was made by Daniel
Oehler, seconcted by John Everts and unanimously carried, to table.
Ihe Dennis McMahon request from the M^ meeting was brought up for
clarification, with notion made by John Everts, seconded by Dan Oehler
and unanimocBly carried, bo allow 250 square feet of porch addition to
existing structure, no closer to lot line than existing structure.
At 9:20 with no further business. Chairman Walter declared the mseting
adjourned.
