Entire area shall be stabilized within 10 days of the completion of the moving project. 2. Owner is legally responsible for all surface water drainage that may occur. 3. If the terms of this permit are violated the entire permit may be revoked and the owner may be subject to legal prosecu- a!_____ / The purpose of this request is to excavate and fill on Lots 6 and 7 of Oakview Shores in order to eliminate erosion on the lots and to prevent runoff and sediment from washing away the existing ice ridge at the waters edge and allowing black dirt and other sediment to enter Pickerel Lake. Lots 6 and 7 were the location of the original farm site on this property and run-off from the farm site created one very large wash-out and several smaller ones. As homes are built on these lots the additional run-off from the increased hard-surfaced areas will create a severe erosion problem. The purpose of this request is to fill the existing wash-outs with fill on the site by reducing the slope of the lakeside banks in order to reduce the grade toward the lake and therefore eliminate a potential erosion problem prior to construction of the homes. It will not be necessary to bring in any fill from off of the lots. Sufficient clean gravel fill exists on the site to adequately complete the required excavation. Existing topsoil will be removed initially and replaced and seeded immediately after excavation is completed. The lakeside slopes will also be covered with a straw mulch to reduce erosion until seeding has become established. Only sufficient excavation to eliminate the erosion problem will be done. No unnecessary excavation will take place. ^ of Ccui'iy Hwccrdef Cowty ov Gtw' ite ira?n)- Dac.
