PIJOINING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS
Motion by Lee, seconded Lindquist and unanimously carried to approve the recommendation
of the Planning Commission with regard to the Conditional Use Application of
Dora Township, West McDonald Lake, subject to the following conditions as amended by
Otter Tail County Commissioners:

Motion by Lee, seconded Portmann and unanimously carried to honor the request for an
extension for filing of final plat of "Pine Lake Shores" until October 1, 1994.
SNOWMOBILE TRAIL AGREEMENTS
Motion by Lindquist, seconded Stone and unanimously carried to enter into a Snowmobile
Trail Agreement where Otter Tail County acts as fiscal agent for OCTA and Lake Runners.
1994 SEWAGE DISPOSAL INSTALLERS LICENSE
Motion by Lee, seconded Lindquist and unanimously carried to approve the 1994 Sewage
Disposal Installers License Application of Lake Region Well Drilling, Verges, MN.

Commission at their above mentioned meeting. Enclosed please find a copy of
the minutes indicating their action on your request.
Providing the Planning Commission did not table your Application for further
consideration, the County Commissioners will consider this recommendation at
their June 7, 1994 meeting.

Use Application of John Bleichner. Otter Tail River, Trans,
Lots a & 11 Blk 1, Otter Tail River Estates, Section 4, Otter
Tail Township as presented. Planning Commission members felt
that a more reasonable answer would be a wooden walkway.

Voting; All members in favor.
After some discussion, applicant, Michael G. Manaer. Big
McDonald Lake (56-386), RD, Lot 20 Blk 1, McDonald Shores,
Section 20, Edna Township withdrew his Conditional Use
Application.

motion by Schwartz, second by Prischmann to approve the

Maine Township as presented.

A motion by Lachowitzer, seconded by Estes to table the
Conditional Use Application of Janet Nundahl/Richard Stoderl.

Section 31, Corliss Township to July 6, 1994 meeting due to
lack of information. Richard Stoderl, purchaser, represented
the application. Willis & Eunice Shasky addressed several
concerns. Marvin Zeidler stated some objections. Gladys
Zeidler questioned density factor of area. Did this apply?
