After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny, Hhe Planning Commission specifically spoke to one building on the lot, not allowing a resort situation on a single dwelling lot. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried unanimously. DWAIN THOMSEN DENIED Ed Lund, Dent, MN, requested permission to create a metes and bounds description having 100' of lakeshore out of two platted lake lots and a parcel of unplatted property, in Section 3, Star Lake Township on Star Lake, to deny. by John Everts to approve a split of the unplatted area to be conveyed contingent upon attachment to those parts of Reserve Lot A, and Lot 1, Block 2, Peach's Shady Shore, and remaining forever attached, with the balance of R^erve Lot A be attached and remain forever attached to the bulk of the farmstead as lake access. The motion was seconded by Daniel Oehler and carried with Craig Anderson voting "no". ED LUND - APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson The motion died for lack of a second. Motion was then made Davis Kosen, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to replace an old boathouse located on Lot 17 of Viken Bay Beach, Section 10, Dunn Township on Big Pelican Lake, by Craig Anderson to approve replacement at no larger than the existing building, hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. The motion was seconded by Carl Johnson and carried with George Walter and John Everts voting "no". DAVIS KOSEN APPROVED After consideration, motion was made Carrol M. Duerr, Wahpeton, ND, requested permission to build into side of hill for walk out basement, 190 feet frcm the water's edge on Lot 4,'Block 1, Rostad Development, West Lost Lake in Maine Township. After some discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson to table for more accurate measurement from the water's edge. The motion was seconded by Carl Johnson and carried unanimously. CARROL M. DUERR, TABBED Dale Duerr, Lidgerwood, ND, requested permission to allow a mobile home to remain as presently located 142' from the shoreline of West Lost Lake, on Lot 3, Block 1, Rostad Development, Maine Township. AFter consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny, requesting the mobile home to be moved by October 1 , 1988, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried unani­ mously. Robert W. Burns, Battle Lake, MN, represented by Sheri Burns, requested permission to construct a 10' x 14' addition to existing dwelling In G.L. 9, Section 1, Sverdrup Township on East Lost Lake. After con­ sideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson to grant the 10' x 14' addition, hardship being a substandard lot of record, the addition not being any closer to lake than existing dwelling, not jeopardizing the lake with the addition, and carried unanimously.
