Motion was then made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to allow no buildings or equipment to be placed within the 20' road right-of-way setback and to only allow the placement of a recreational camping unit, with a maximum size not to exceed 8' by 28', and the recreational camping unit must also have self contained holding tanks for sewage and grey water.
