The Board of Adjustment considered the following applications for variance: Michael S. and Verdelle K, Stinar Family Trust - Variance application was approved with a condition. (6:32 p.m.) Michael S. and Verdelle K. Stinar Family Trust, part of Government Lot 2, Section 16 of Dead Lake Township by Dead Lake requested the following: Requesting a variance of 80’ to enlarge existing bathroom to handicap bathroom. Addition 120’ from ordinary high water level. Our current impervious is at 25.2% to increase to 25.78%. Requesting a variance of .58% for impervious coverage. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After consideration and discussion, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 80’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the placement of the proposed addition as described in the variance application dated May 1, 2013 and as depicted on the submitted drawing 120’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that impervious surface coverage after completion of the proposed project cannot exceed the pre-project impervious surface coverage.
